Prof. Timothy X. Brown, Ph.D. (Caltech), leads CMU-Africa’s research initiatives and fosters collaborations with industry and academia. His research focuses on adaptive network control, machine learning, and wireless communication systems. As Director of the Kigali Collaborative Research Centre, he supports research partnerships, mentorship, and innovation across the CMU-Africa community.
